Catching Curve balls like a Champ!

In my keynotes I sometimes share a story about the major fraud, and resulting death, that happened in the nonprofit organization I led for over a decade. (See a short clip here). As a leader there will be times you are thrown curve balls that you never expected and were not trained to catch. But it’s your job to catch them. With the right mindset, you’ll do something with them that gets the game back on track and helps your team win!
